My previous experience of these appointments at a different clinic had been awful so I was dreading it. The Doctor put me at ease and the whole experience was completely different to before. She listened to me and didn’t make me feel silly like I had before. Extremely positive experience. Visited March 2025

I received the most caring and helpful service. The reception Staff /Admin – were Amazing. Our allocated Doctor was the best. A Fantastic Surgery and Caring Staff. I was amazed to see how well people responded in the waiting room to the staff also. You rarely get that nowadays – just people shouting at the staff often with good reason. The staff here were highly trained and were just totally amazing and lovable. Thank you.Visited January 2025

She’s taken time to listen & understand my needs and I’m very grateful to her for that. I have already recommended her to a friend. The ladies in reception have been helpful each time I’ve needed appointments also. Visited November 2024
Excellent support and service provided by Care Navigator★★★★★ Rated 5 stars out of 5by Nigel D’Souza – Posted on 18 September 2024Wood Lane Medical Centre is one of the best, if not, the best GP Surgery in my area. Recently I received great support from one of their Care Navigators, who went above and beyond to help me when I was facing acute symptoms, related to my underlying medical condition. She managed to quickly set up an ‘out of hours’ GP appointment and proactively ensured that I would be able to receive my required medication through another pharmacy in the local area, that closed late. Her proactiveness led to me getting the help I needed that evening itself and put me on the road to recovery – for which I am extremely grateful. Many sincere thanks to the Care Navigator, Wood Lane Medical Centre and its other staff, as well, for their ‘super service’, even when they are busy. Really appreciate their ( Doctors and all other staff members) efforts and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone, looking for a good GP Surgery in the area. Visited September 2024

I always feel listened to and in good hands. My Doctor is amazing at her job and takes time to really understand, empathise and help with any given situation. With the last issue I attended for Doctor was reassuring, kind and patient, she saw to my needs and gave great advice. Always professional, friendly and thorough. Thank you so much for your consistent and dedicated care!Visited September 2024
