Home Visits for the Housebound
"Too ill to come to the surgery with the help of an adult, as a car passenger"
Home visits are strictly for patients who are housebound: "Too ill to come to the surgery with the help of an adult, as a car passenger".
Please telephone us before 10.00am: The doctor does the visit rounds at lunch time between surgeries.
Please visit the surgery if you are able: The Surgery is fully equipped to facilitate your care. In the time taken to visit a patient at home four patients emergencies can be treated in the surgery.
The doctor may arrange for your visit to be by the community treatment team if that is most appropriate.
Hospital Delays
WE CANNOT HELP WITH DELAYS IN HOSPITAL APPOINTMENTS:
Covid, workforce and other challenges have caused very significant delays in Hospital referrals. We are fully aware and are as concerned about this as you are. We have escalated this to the CCG & the hospitals. Sorry but we are not able to change this problem ourselves and have no ability to bypass the system for you. We have been told by the hospital that if we re-refer patients they go back to the bottom of the queue.

South Havering PCN
We are proud members of The South Havering PCN."South Havering Primary Care Network is a collaboration of 16 local GP practices collectively caring for a registered population of over 114,000 patients. We are one of four PCN's in the London Borough of Havering"
Primary Care Networks were introduced in 2019 as part of the NHS Long Term plan. As the population grows and people live longer, often with more complex needs, GP services have had to adapt to these changing needs.
GP practices are working together with community, mental health, social care, pharmacy, hospital and voluntary services in local areas in groups of practices known as Primary Care Networks.
Havering Health GP Federation
We are proud members of Havering Health GP Federation.Havering Health is a group of ALL the GP practices in Havering who have agreed to work together to offer a well resourced, high quality health service provided by clinicians with expertise in, understanding of, and commitment to their local communities
