We Sadly Cannot Help With Coronavirus Delays In Blood Tests And Hospital Appointments: Changes in the hospitals and the hospitals’ phlebotomy service have caused very significant delays in Hospital referrals and in blood tests. We are fully aware and are as concerned about this as you are. We have escalated this to the CCG, the hospitals and to the community phlebotomy provider. Sorry but we are not able to change this problem ourselves and have no ability to bypass the system for you.

Hospital Appointments: Once we or a hospital clinician has referred you for a hospital appointment, we cannot change or hasten that appointment. If you want to discuss a pending hospital appointment, please contact the hospital provider of that appointment. [If this is the subject of your email we shall not be able to respond to it] If you have a more urgent clinical need which we are not aware of please book an appointment.
